Record Keeping & Mare Tracking

When ESI purchases a stallion season contract, ESI will monitor all contracted mares' pregnancies.  Then, at ESI's expense, the mares will be checked at forty-two days gestation.  If a mare is found to be in foal, healthy, and all paperwork is completed, ESI will immediately issue a check to the stallion season owner/contract holder.

Stress Relief & Work Load Reduction

 ESI, upon request, will assume all billing procedures for stallions contracts sold.  Clients are able to phase out further worry and administration time with regard to billing and follow up on contracted mares.  This provides a lower stress environment for clients as there is no risk of repayment of the paid value of the stallion season if mares are not pronounced in foal.  In addition, a season contract sold to ESI eliminates worry and stress over collecting stud fees from mare owners.
