ABOUT ESI
Early Season Income was formed in mind of assisting stallion owners and season contract holders with cash flow by purchasing their breeding contracts for up to 80% of the live foal contract price.
Early Cash Flow The purpose of ESI is to simply provide guaranteed cash flow up to twelve months earlier than is available with the current equine market practices.
No Abortion Risk You receive your income at 42 days of pregnancy of the mare stated on the stallion season contract. Any future risk of the mare aborting the fetus is assumed by ESI. Clients do not have to reimburse funds when mares abort. This is in direct contrast to prospective foal insurance which is not only expensive, but is paid for up front. These payments are often made without terms and with rates varying up to 16% and more for older mares or for mares with bad reproductive records.
Time Value of Money Interest rates are continually fluctuating. With the frequently volatile economic scenarios we face, cash in hand is critical for many businesses. With ESI, you are able to receive income from stallion contracts up to twelve months earlier than stated on the executed contract. This allows for cash to apply to paying down debt, other prospective investments, or capital improvements. |
